The Ko Olina Resort & Marina is a master-planned, active family resort community on 642 acres along the western shores of Oahu. Ko Olina (Place of Joy) has sweeping ocean and mountain views as well as 1.5 miles of white sandy beaches. Resort plans include a mix of single-family homes, townhouses & villas reflecting the architectural style of early Hawaiian living, secured within the gated grounds and skirted by waterfalls and ponds where black swans play. Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club, Marriott Vacation Club International's first resort on Oahu, is situated on 30 acres overlooking the beautiful Nai'a Lagoon at Ko Olina. Magnificent water features and one-of-a-kind cultural art pieces are spread throughout the property. Currently, the luxury resort offers 300 two-bedroom, two-bath lock-off villas that reflect the gracious, warm hospitality of a Hawaiian plantation. At full build-out, the resort proposes 750 two- and three-bedroom villas, four pools, a spa, restaurants and shopping arcade. The Beach Club is expected, at sellout, to have approximately 30,000 owners.
Ko Olina Beach Villas Resort The oceanfront Ko Olina Beach Villas Resort offers elegant residential accommodations perfect for family vacations. Each two- or three-bedroom villa includes ocean views, spacious lanais, state-of-the-art kitchens and designer furnishings, and access to all of the resort's amenities, including sandy beach lagoons, a fitness center and lagoon and lap pools.
Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa Walt Disney Parks & Resorts began construction for a mixed-use family resort on 21 acres of Ko Olina oceanfront property. Scheduled to open in 2011, resort will have more than 800 units including hotel rooms and villas for Disney Vacation Club. Resort plans call for an expansive pool and water play area, spa, wedding lawn, convention center, children's club and spectacular dining at two restaurants -- one of which will provide a stunning view of the ocean.

Ko Olina Marina A recipient of Marina Dock Age's "Marina of the Year" award for 2008, the 43-acre Ko Olina Marina has 330 full-service slips able to accommodate vessels up to 200 feet in length, and features all the services a mariner would expect from a world-class facility. The private Marina is a boater's dream with state-of-the-art Bellingham floating docks, a fuel dock to provide gasoline, diesel and pump-out services, and the Ko Olina Marina General Store. Boaters who lease slips have access to electricity, water, telephone, cable television hook-ups, laundry and restroom facilities, barbecue and picnic areas and gated entry to the Marina.
Ko Olina Golf Club The Ko Olina Golf Club offers a challenging 18-hole championship course with exceptional water features on many holes and no parallel fairways. Designed by Ted Robinson, the course provides large landing areas; its moderate resort play length can also be played as a true championship course from the back tees. The Ko Olina Clubhouse features an award-winning golf shop and locker room facilities equipped with showers, Jacuzzi, and the incomparable Roy's Ko Olina restaurant, featuring Hawaiian fusion cuisine for lunch and dinner. The par-72 layout has played host to the Hawaiian Ladies Open (1990-1995), the Ko Olina Senior PGA Invitational (1992) and the LPGA Fields Open in Hawaii (2006-2008).
Ko Olina Golf Academy The Ko Olina Golf Academy offers personalized instruction as well as the finest in group and corporate golf schools - each professionally designed to help meet individual performance goals. The Golf Academy features a student to instructor ratio of 4 to 1 to optimize each learning experience. Half-day, full-day and two-day programs are available. Other Golf Academy services include: individual instruction, video lessons, club-fitting sessions, group specialty clinics, playing lessons, junior lessons and parent junior lessons.

Ko Olina Station Ko Olina Station is a mixed-use commercial and community center located adjacent to the old OR & L Railway line. Developed by the Honu Group to be a community meeting place, Ko Olina Station will feature service and resort retail stores, restaurants and a community market.
Roy's Ko Olina Roy's Ko Olina is the 28th addition to the successful lineage of Roy's Restaurants found in major cities and resorts around the world. The restaurants are well known for Chef Yamaguchi's Hawaiian Fusion cuisine, blending fresh local ingredients with European sauces and bold Asian spices. Ko Olina Charities is a 501 (c) (3) organization created by Ko Olina Resort & Marina as part of its efforts to expand community participation and outreach to West Honolulu residents. Ko Olina Charities' annual Ko Olina Thanksgiving Outreach (celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2008) serves more than 4,000 holiday meals for homeless and low-income families throughout the region.
