Ko Olina is such a beautiful resort. It is a shame that the peace and quiet is disrupted by so much road noise from Farrington Highway. We should put up a sound wall along the highway as is commonly done along large roadways on the mainland.

Yes but who will pay for it? Maybe a line of stagard evergreens or evergreens that hide a sound barrier

I agree with Frank. The noise from Farrington has progressively gotten worse since I arrived in 2007.

Each community that borders Farrington should use its association funds, in addition to general funds that Im sure Koolina has squirreled away to pay for the sound wall.

If you watched the Lotte Open last year, it was pretty embarrassing to see pro golfers trying to play golf with all the vehicular noise from Farrington. If not rectified or addressed in some manor, then Koolina might see events like this move to other, more professional digs.

Short term investment---> long term pay off.
