ENJOY GOLF DEALS AND SPECIAL EVENTS DURING PATRIOT GOLF MONTH

Ko Olina, HAWAII - (July, 27, 2011) - Ko Olina Golf Club, in association with the PGA of America and the United States Golf Association, will be participating in Patriot Golf Month activities to raise funds for Folds of Honor.  With over 3,000 golf courses participating throughout the country, Patriot Golf Day is the flagship fundraiser for the Folds of Honor Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides educational scholarships to children and spouses of military men & women killed or disabled while serving our country in Afghanistan or Iraq. 

From August 1 through Labor Day weekend, Ko Olina Golf Club is offering deals and special events for active and retired military personnel.

Events & Activities (August 1 – September 5):

• FREE ½ Hour Golf Lessons for Wounded Warriors
• $55 Green Fee Special for all active/retired military personnel
• Fantasy Vacation Contest:  Guess the number of tees and win a hotel stay, dinner, golf and transportation for two; $10 per entry   
• Par 3 Contest – #8 Hole:  Labor Day Weekend (September 3 – 5), 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. - Hit the green and win a free 15-ball pack; $10 per entry
