Veteran Robert Wicks gave a wink as he was photographed Saturday with a hot Thanksgiving meal. Wicks was one of many veterans who enjoyed a turkey dinner at the U.S. Veterans Initiative in Kalaeloa. The celebration was part of Ko Olina Charities’ 14th annual Ko Olina Thanksgiving Outreach program, which provided 4,000 meals to the needy and homeless Saturday at various West Oahu locations with the assistance of volunteers from Ko Olina Resorts, community organizations and churches.
