Aloha Golf Card’s Mainland offerings could be good for Hawaii courses

The Aloha Golf Card has branched out to the Mainland, and its new offerings could help boost not only the company’s revenues, but golf tourism between Hawaii and the Western United States as well. Golf card buyers get discounted greens fees and the ability to make online reservations for tee times at courses on all of the major islands, to name a few benefits.
The participating Hawaii golf courses include the Ko Olina Golf Club, Poipu Bay Golf Course on Kauai, the Kapalua Resort’s course on Maui and links on the Big Island and Lanai.
Aloha Golf Card’s recent addition of courses in Las Vegas and Palm Springs and San Diego in California are all good markets to tap into because of the sport’s popularity in those locations. I grew up near the picturesque Torrey Pines Golf Course in San Diego, so I know that the sport is a big deal there.
I would imagine that avid golfers who live in those parts of the country would be interested in buying a card and teeing off here as well.
And Vegas is already known as the “ninth island,” so it makes sense for Aloha Golf Card to partner with the Bali Hai Golf Club, Royal Links Golf Club and Desert Pines Golf Club in Sin City. It’s another reason for travellers from Hawaii to take advantage of the packages that Hawaiian Airlines and other companies offer for Las Vegas.
