Ko Olina Station and Ko Olina Center, two shopping centers at the Ko Olina Resort in West Oahu, have added, or will soon be adding, several new retailers, including Honolua Surf Co., Wyland Gallery, Signature Galleries/DeRubeis Fine Art of Metal, Hello Gorgeous Salon and Island Sole.
Both Hello Gorgeous, a salon services company that is opening its very first location, and Island Sole, a popular footwear firm opening its 10th Hawaii location, are scheduled to open this summer.
Both Honolua Surf Co., a surf-clothing retailer and Wyland Gallery as well as Signature Galleries/DeRubeis Fine Art of Metal, which are part of Signature Gallery Group, have recently opened.
Also at Ko Olina, Hawaii Chef Peter Merriman’s Monkeypod Kitchen is expanding its services to include weekend brunch.
“Sales have far exceeded projections at Monkeypod, Ko Olina,” Cory Beall, president of Beall Corp., said in a statement.
Honolulu-based Beall Corp. handles leasing for both the Ko Olina Station and Ko Olina Center.
He also noted that the restaurant has boosted foot traffic in the area, which has benefitted such nearby businesses as Island Vintage Coffee, Pineapples Boutique and The Plantation.
