The Fia Fia Polynesian Dinner Show features Chief Sileu Avela and his Samoan cast in an award winning show that includes drums, comedy, dancing and songs which they have performed all over the world. He competed in the first World Knife Fire Dance Competition in 1993 in Hawaii and won the first championship, has written a book and appeared in dozens of television shows. The entire cast will take you on a tour of the Polynesian islands with some audience participation in a Kava Ceremony and Hula dancing. The Fire Dance alone is worth the cost.
The food is excellent with various salads, lomi lomi salmon, Mahi Mahi in a delicious pineapple cream sauce, Kalua Pork and Teriyaki Beef, poi, taro and sweet Hawaiian bread and a great desert table. Children have their own menu with chicken nuggets, macaroni and cheese and spaghetti to choose from. Fia Fia means “The Happy People Show” in English and you will be very happy people when the show ends.
