Ko Olina Marina caters to both the Sport Fisherman and the Recreational Boater with all the Amenities and Facilities of a World-Class Marina.

A recipient of Marina Dock Age magazine’s “Marina of the Year” award for 2008, the 43-acre Ko Olina Marina has 330 full-service slips able to accommodate up to 200-foot vessels, plus all the services a mariner would expect from a world-class facility. The private marina is a boater’s dream with state-of-the-art Bellingham floating docks, a fuel dock for gas, diesel and pump-out and the Ko Olina Marina Beach Shop.

Opened in 2000, the Ko Olina Marina was the first marina to be built in the state of Hawaii in over 30 years and the only one designed to meet the needs of world-class mega yachts. Boaters who lease slips have access to water, electricity, cable television hook-up, telephone, laundry and restroom facilities, a picnic area and barbeque and gated entry to the Marina.

With year-round beautiful weather, the leeward coast of O‘ahu is a refuge for albatross, the Hawaiian Monk Seal, spotted eagle rays, spinner dolphins and other endangered ocean species.

The Ko Olina Resort Activity Center at the Ko Olina Marina Shop offers guests a selection of coastline cruises and water activities, from seasonal whale watching and dolphin sails to snorkeling among Hawaiian sea turtles and dramatic sunset cruises. The view from your boat is, like so many things in Hawaii, absolutely stunning.

Any slip designated for “Commercial Use” will be charged $50 per foot per month “Base” or the designated percent base, whichever is greater, $50/month washdown, parking and tax. The Ko Olina Marina has slip lengths that go from 30’ to 200’ with prices from $442.93 to $5,874.34 per month including water and state of Hawaii taxes. End Ties start at $29.90 per foot per month, water included and Hawaii tax

Electricity to each slip is metered individually, where you pay what you use Water is included in monthly slip fee. Parking is $50 per month Guests rates are $3.00 per/foot/day; Kama’aina rates are $2.50 per/foot/day Liveaboard rates are $315 per month; max 2 associated people, absolutely NO pets accepted with this position Performance Fee is equal to one months total slip fee and is required prior to entry to the Ko Olina Marina. This fee is refundable upon correct vacating procedures
