Cuisines of the Stars: A Magical Journey of Food & Culture
Ko Olina's spectacular weather and beachfront locale provided a stunning backdrop for the Hawaii Food and Wine Festival's "Magical Voyage of Food & Culture" finale on Sunday, September 9th. The second annual event was co-chaired by two of Hawaii’s most recognized (and James Beard Award-winning) Chefs Roy Yamaguchi and Alan Wong, and featured a superstar line-up of internationally renown master chefs, culinary personalities and wine and spirit producers, and the talented culinary staffs of the J.W. Marriott Ihilani and Disney’s new Aulani resort.
