Amazing, fantastic, beutuifalWe arrived here in July of 2009 for a two night stay on our tour of China. It was not busy at all and secluded which we actually enjoy so this was perfect. The staff here do speak English but are not that fluent in it at all. You can't really fault them for this and we were able to get by because one member of our family speaks Mandarin. In terms of location and facilities, this place is amazing. As soon as you step into the lobby, you get a feeling that you are in paradise. It is not Maui, but they try very hard to make it as close as possible. The pool itself was large and the location was beachfront and what a beutuifal beach it was. The beach chairs are free and already located on the beach, towels you sign out and are free. Flotation devices, balls and any other water recreational activity outside of surfing and snorkeling are free. The outdoor jacuzzis were also fantastic and there is a lap pool in the front of the hotel which you can do some workouts in. Hammocks at the front of the hotel also offer a secluded environment where you can just enjoy and look up at the sky.The rooms themselves were fantastic. We got a mountain view room which we barely stayed in but these rooms are decorated in new luxury fashion. Washrooms are huge and they provide a free scale, slippers and bathrobes. The restaurants in this facility of which we tried two, were expensive (for China- pretty standard for resorts in USA), but the food was amazing. We were given complimentary breakfast and this was also great. Not much to do outside of the resort but if you are looking for a secluded resort for a price that is about half of those in packed resorts like the ones in Hawaii, then this your place. Highly recommended.
