Verry dissapointed on how this was handled.I came to KoOlina on the 16thto will call like we were asked and it wasn't opened drove back again on the17th went to will call my name was not on the list and was told they were having problems with tickets and was told to go to the pro shop and they would handle it and when I went there they had no clue what will call was talking about so no one could help me!!! Came here 2 days with my son and no prevail!!!

We noticed that the name on your profile was different from what we had on our list, this is why we could not find your name. In regards to issues such as these, we ask that if you are picking up tickets for someone else, please notify us and we can make note of it.
